Cityhotel Monopol - Hamburg

The hotel is centrally located. We loved the complimentary coffee and the staff was cute and accommodating, especially when we needed assistance with our young kids.

My wife says that the area felt uncomfortable for families, with many adult-themed windows nearby.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is pleasant and fairly clean, has marvellous and perfect location to the action on the Reeperbahn. I booked silent twin room here with a nice view, nice bathroom and fresh towels.

The property was in the heart of the city.

Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.

Noise from outside makes sleep difficult, old-style bathroom with shower without box!!! Room lacks bedside power socket, instead having a power strip tucked under the bed!!!

Great hotel,great location ,great buffet breakfast to suit all tastes,clean rooms and clean hotel, and the staff we fantastic nothing to much trouble

Friendly staff made check-in easy and cute.

It is right in the red district in the middle of all the movement of this district.

I did not like that the wifi is only in the reception, not in the rooms.

Perfectly located in the middle of the Reeperbahn. Rooms furnished in a retro style and spotlessly clean with 5* bedding. Reception staff very friendly. Would recommend to anyone exploring the Reeperbahn.

The breakfast was excellent, with a large selection of food items.

Room could use some climate control.

Clean, comfortable room in a prime location. I enjoyed the lively atmosphere of the hotel bar. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of options, setting up my day right. The absence of air conditioning was great. The noise from the nearby nightclub was noticeable, which disrupted my sleep. Staff were helpful and accommodating when I requested a late check-out, which I appreciated. Great for a vibrant stay, but be prepared for some noise and warmth.

The hotel was central to nightlife,it was clean and comfortable,the staff were very nice and helpful.i would recommend it as there were 15 in our group and it suited our budget

the air conditioning was absent. but the lobby bar was lively and had a nice little patio. the breakfast was great with plenty of options. staff were welcoming and allowed an early check-in.
